Among the privileged sectors of use of precision micro-gears we point out the hydraulic sector, molds and the measuring instruments sector.

RVM micromeccanica srl is a company based in Inverigo, in the province of Como, engaged in the production of precision microgears for any type of specialist use, these are activities that see it engaged in collaboration with customers in Italy and abroad.

Here is a brief list of examples of the work carried out:

• micro-gear teeth from 0.07 to 1 mm max

• deep holes starting from diam. 0.80mm

• induction hardening

• Aisi 420 controlled atm hardening

• turning with sliding head cnc machining centers (max. diameter 32 mm)

• construction of details on drawing

• lapping of the internal and external diameter of metals

• cad/cam machining and programming

• adjustments

• polishing and tumbling
