RVM has always been a leader in precision mechanics thanks to its machines and treatments.

We are able to carry out our processing with thousandth tolerances starting from the CAD drawing and with the application of recent CAM software, which automatically processes the ISO language for programming from a three-dimensional model.

With our sliding headstock lathes we work various types of materials (including Titanium, Chrome-Cobalt, a wide range of steels, metal alloys, plastics, etc.) and supply extremely precise items respecting strict tolerances. We also perform finishing operations with heat treatments, surface treatments, tumbling and grinding.

The company is UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified and we guarantee the conformity of the items we produce thanks to our quality control department, equipped with sophisticated measuring instruments.
